Our Essential Art of BodyRub Package manipulates the body tissue using different motions, styles and rhythms manually ranging from light to hard pressure depending on your personal preference. The various organic oils and lotions we use are odorless, scentless and organic. Our Midtown BodyRub's most popular mix is a blend of 2 parts of coconut oil, 1 part avacado oil and a few drops of Green Tea extract. Organic Oil is always used for the most fluidity in motion and absorbtion of minerals into the skin can be very beneficial especially in these skin drying winter months we've just had in Manhattan.
We use a professional eco friendly massage table with extra attachable arm rests if more arm room is desired for our 'Essential Art of BodyRub.' On very tense and tight muscles we use a heated lavander pillow to help soften and melt away muscular pain.
